Hello, I have a Ford Fiesta Mk5 2003 and nothing was wrong with it until today. It would start with no issues and seemed fine. Turn the key to the first point (or press the start button without pressing the clutch). Get out and go and listen to the sensors. They should be clicking (you have to put your ear right next to them). The one that isn't clicking is faulty. Now when trying to turn on, the dashboard lights flicker, the wipers start and a rather loud, rapid clicking sound comes from the engine. Radio works fine as does the lights.
